Standing on the patio (in Hawaii it's called a lanai) in front of my condo.

Interior view. Kitchen is on the right, bedrooms/bathrooms are down that hallway.

Back on the lanai, looking west towards the pool. I'm standing in front of the living room window.


Same spot, looking off my lanai to the left. If you stand on the railing you can see the ocean way off to the south. "I guess I should have listed the place as ocean view," says my roommate. I'll go down to the intersection of those sidewalks for the next picture.


Here we are. This is looking south towards Waipio Uka Street. My building is just behind us on the right. I was kind of surprised to discover that, not only in expensive resorts but also just walking through the neighborhood, it really does look like this in Hawaii.

And here's a shot from my pool. That's all the pictures for now - that water looks nice, so I'm going for a swim. I always think about how much I miss you all on the mainland, and I'll write again soon... Bye!
